Security Deposit Policy

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals without exception.

The security deposit covers:

• Damage, breakage, or misuse of rental items
• Missing, lost, or stolen items
• Excessive cleaning or staining
• Late return penalties

Refund Process

• All items will be inspected upon return.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method or another agreed method.
• Deductions will be applied for any damages, losses, or additional charges incurred.
