LEGAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Limitation of Liability
Event Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use rented items. Client assumes full responsibility for the safety and use of all rental equipment once delivered or collected.
2. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Event Rentals, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, injuries, or expenses arising from the rental items during the rental period.
3. Force Majeure
Event Rentals shall not be held responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, road closures, accidents, or acts of God.
4. Damage, Loss, and Theft
Client is financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items from the time of delivery or collection until returned and inspected. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced separately.
5. Safety and Compliance
Client agrees to use all rental items in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. Event Rentals is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use or unauthorized modification of rental items.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica.
