Rental Terms & Conditions
Business Location & Service
Event Rentals Jamaica is an online rental business based in Portmore, Jamaica. We do not operate a walk-in storefront. Rental items are delivered directly to customers across Jamaica. Customer pickup is available only by prior arrangement.
Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required to secure any booking.
- No reservations will be held without full payment.
- Prices are subject to change until payment is received and confirmed.
- Bookings are processed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Verbal agreements are not binding.
- Only invoices paid in full constitute a confirmed booking.
Security Deposit
- A security deposit is mandatory for all rental items, without exception.
- The security deposit covers, but is not limited to, damage, loss, theft, excessive cleaning, misuse, and late returns.
- Security deposits will be refunded within 5–10 business days after all items are returned and inspected in satisfactory condition.
Rental Period
- The rental period is one time usages only to the agreed event date and time.
- Rental items must be ready for collection by Event Rentals Jamaica at the agreed collection time. Additional rental charges will be applied over 10:45pm.
