Rental Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required to secure any booking. 
• No reservations will be held without full payment.
• Prices are subject to change until payment is received and confirmed.
• Bookings are processed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Verbal agreements are not binding.
• Only invoices paid in full constitute a confirmed booking.

Security Deposit

• A security deposit is mandatory for all rental items, without exception.
• The security deposit covers, but is not limited to, damage, loss, theft, excessive cleaning, misuse, and late returns.
• Security deposits will be refunded within 5–10 business days after all items are returned and inspected in satisfactory condition.

Rental Period

• The rental period is one time usages only to the agreed event date and time.
• Items must be available for pickup at the agreed collection time. Additional rental charges apply for extended use.
